1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing hassangul.com, ordering engineering microservices, retaining technical advisory services, or purchasing downloadable digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Development Services & Project Timelines
For all fixed-scope microservices and custom software development:
- Requirement Submission: Project delivery countdown timers commence only after all necessary specifications and assets have been submitted via the client dashboard.
- Scope Changes: Additional feature requests outside the agreed project scope are quoted separately at standard consulting rates.
- Revisions: Standard packages include up to 2 rounds of refinement within 14 days of initial milestone delivery.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, design files, and tailored configurations created for your project transfer entirely to you. Digital tools and boilerplates remain licensed for your use according to their specific license tier.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Digital products (downloadable code, boilerplates) are non-refundable once downloaded due to the immediate delivery of digital assets. Custom services can be refunded prior to work commencement subject to an administrative fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hassan Gul provides web architecture and engineering to highest industry standards. In no event shall Hassan Gul be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, API deprecations, or unauthorized client modifications.
